مسابقة تصميم يرغب كافيه فيرو (VERO) بدعوة المهتمين من مصممين للمنافسة على تقديم تصميم متكامل (Theme) للكافية مستوحى من شعار الكافية ومن أصولة الأوروبية. الكافية عبارة عن مخبز وكافية يجمع أفضل ما جادت به دول العالم من منتجات ويحتفض بأصولة الاوروبية التي تجمع العراقة والجودة.

Design Contest VERO Café & Bakery would like to invite all interested designers to submit proposed Themes for the café. The café is a Bakery Café concept with European origins. Its goal is to provide the best in the world in an original European theme representing originality and quality.

1. الدعوة عامة: الدعوة عامة لجميع المهتمين بالتصميم لتقديم تصاميمهم لمسابقة تصميم "شكل متكامل (Theme)" لكل ما قد يحتاجه الكافيه من مطبوعات وخلافها. 2. الجائزة: تقدم جائزة مقدارها ثلاثة الاف (3,000) ريال سعودي فقط لصاحب التصميم الفائز، وعقد لمدة سنة بمبلغ مكافأة شهري مقدارة ألف (1,000) ريال سعودي لعمل أي تصاميم أخرى مستوحاة من التصميم المقدم. 3. الشروط العامة: أ. مسابقة عامة ومفتوح المشاركة فيها للجميع. ب. تعتبر جميع التصاميم المقدمة ملكا للكافيه ولا يحق المطالبة بها أو استرجاعها مستقبلا بما في ذلك التصميم الفائز. ت. أن لا يكون التصميم مقتبسا ومشابها لأي شعارات أخرى ويكون مقدم التصميم مسئولا عن أي مطالبات قانونية بهذا الخصوص. ث. يلتزم الفائز(ة) بإجراء التعديلات أو الإضافات إن وجدت ضمن مبلغ الجائزة المخصص، كما يلتزم بالموافقة على العقد لمدة سنة لاكمال أي تصاميم أخرى. ج. يمكن الاشتراك بأكثر من تصميم. ح. يتحمل المشارك مسئولية حقوق الملكية الفكرية تجاه الغير في العناصر المستخدمة في التصميم. 4. الشروط والمواصفات الفنية للمسابقة: أ. الشعار علامة مسجلة ولايمكن تغييره لأي سبب كان. ب. أن يتضمن التصميم المقدم أفكارا وألوانا مستوحاة من الشعار وتصميم الكافية ( الشعار وصور من ديكور الكافيه موجودة على الموقع www.verocaffe.com). ت. أن يتسم التصميم بفكر ذو دلالة بسيطة وواضحة و مميزة. ج. أن لا يتضمن التصميم رموزا تخالف الشريعة الإسلامية. ح. الحد من الألوان المستخدمة في التصميم قدر الإمكان، وبما يخدم الفكرة وذات دلالات معبرة. خ. ارفاق شرح الفكرة التصميمية بصورة مفصلة. د. ارفاق معايير التصميم وعناصرة الرئيسية التي يجب العناية بها عند عمل أي تصميم مستوحى من الفكرة العامة اضافة الى تفاصيل الألوان المستخدمة. ذ. اختيار اثنان مما يلي من تصاميم كحد أدنى على أن يتم اكمال الباقي خلال شهر من تاريخ اعلان الفائز: - موقع انترنت - قائمة طعام: تتميز بسهولة التعديل والتطوير في المحتوى وتكلفة تنفيذها معقولة وفكرتها مبتكرة - مناديل ورقية - أكواب ورقية للمشروبات الساخنة و أكواب بلاستيكية للباردة - بطاقات عمل (Business Cards) - أوراق مراسلات رسمية (Letterhead) - مظاريف صغيرة وكبيرة 5. فترة الاشتراك في المسابقة: آخر موعد للاشتراك يوم الخميس 31 مايو 2012م الموافق 10 رجب 1433هـ. 6. قرار اللجنة: يعتبر قرار لجنة المسابقة نهائي ولا جدال فيه. 7. كيفية تقديم التصاميم: أ. يجب تقديم جميع التصاميم قبل منتصف الليل من اخر يوم للمسابقة. ب. ارسالها على البريد الالكتروني بصيغتها "الأصلية" وكذلك بصيغة "PDF". ت. لأي استفسار يرجى التواصل مع الايميل أدناه. البريد الالكتروني: dc@verocaffe.com

1. Who is invited? Everyone interested in invited to present their own design for complete “Theme” for the café and all its printing needs. 2. The Prize: One prize for the winning design of Three Thousand (3,000) Saudi Riyals, in addition to a one year contract to design all other designs that the café might need in this period for a monthly bonus of One Thousand (1,000) Saudi Riyals. 3. General Terms: a. Competition is open to all. b. All presented/sent designs are the sole right to the café and the designer gives up all and any rights to all submitted designs including the winning design. No designs will be allowed to be withdrawn once submitted. c. The design must be original and not copied from any other designs. The designers bares all legal implications that may rise from such copying or depiction of other designs or concepts. d. The winning designer agrees to perform all needed modifications or changes and agrees to continue the 1 year contract as explained above. e. Each designer may submit multiple design concepts. f. The designer bares all legal rights or copyright implications towards other parties for any piece of design used in the theme presented. 4. Design Terms and Conditions: a. The logo is a Registered Trademark and may not be changed under any circumstance. b. The presented Theme should have colors and/or designs taken from the logo of the café and the general décor (The logo and pictures from the café are available on web site: www.vercaffe.com). b. The Theme should have simple ideas and distinctive look. c. The Theme should not have anything against Islamic laws. d. Limit the colors of the presented Theme as much as possible. e. Include a full explanation of the Theme ideas. f. Include a full guide to using the Theme and its distinctive elements and the rules for use including color details. g. Each presented Theme must include at least two (2) of the following designs as a minimum. The rest of the below designs will need to be completed within 30 days from announcement of the winner: - Web Site - Menu: Easy to implement with a new creative idea and allows for easy modifications of menu contents. - Paper napkins - Hot and Cold paper and plastic cups. - Business Cards - Letter head - Envelopes 5. Competition Submission Deadline: Last day to submit designs is Thursday May 31^st, 2012, corresponding to Rajab 10, 1433 H. 6. Committee Decision: Committee decision is final and non-negotiable. 7. Submission Method: a. All designs must be submitted no later than midnight of the last day of submissions. b.
